I was referred to Genevieve Ferland at Pro-Health twelve years ago for acute lower back pain. Facing steroid shots and possibly surgery, I decided to give a noninvasive, physical therapy approach one more shot (previous PT’s and a chiropractor didn’t help at all). In Genevieve I found an incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and compassionate practitioner whose goals and professional satisfaction lay solely in her patients’ well-being. She saved me from back surgery. Three months ago I broke my ankle. After surgery and a month in a cast, I was confident that if anybody could bring me back to full mobility it would be Genevieve. After two months of intensive therapy I am almost back to normal. My doctor is very surprised at the speed of improvement. I know Gen’s patients will agree that Pro-Health is incredibly effective, ethical and overall very pleasant. Go see them.

I have been seeing Daniela and Genevieve, the therapists at Pro-Health for at least 5 years with a variety of running related injuries. Their treatment is personal and caring. They use a wide variety of methods to treat an injury including deep tissue, laser, ultrasound and PENS. Both Daniela and Gen have treated me and one of the benefits of Pro-Health is that you can be treated by any of the therapists there and know that they are aware of your symptoms and previous treatment options. All of the assistants who work with the therapists are knowledgeable and professional. Without these wonderful ladies I would not be able to continue running!

I have been receiving therapy on my knee from Genevieve and have found this is the best decision I could have made to go here. Before going for therapy my knee would stiffen up and I couldn’t do my long walks anymore. After receiving therapy for my knee I now can do those long walks I used to do.
